New York State Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron has refused a “last ditch effort” from Donald Trump’s attorney to delay imposing the $355 million judgment in Attorney General Letitia James’ civil business fraud case against the ex-president. “Once the judgment is officially entered, it will start the 30-day clock for Trump to file an appeal.
