At least four people died in a major fire which destroyed a block of flats in the Spanish coastal city of Valencia, emergency services said in the early hours of Friday. Local newspaper Levante also reported that 20 people were missing, though this figure was not confirmed by Jorge Suarez, the deputy director of emergency services for the Valencia region, in the early hours of Friday.
