The Conservative candidate for the newly-formed Parliamentary seat of Reading West & Mid Berkshire has said being selected was like “a dream come true”. West Berkshire councillor Ross Mackinnon will be standing for the Tories in his home seat in the upcoming general election thought to be taking place sometime later this year.
