Turkey bears responsibility for “serious abuses and potential war crimes” committed by its own military and allied groups in Turkish-held territories of northern Syria, a rights organization said on Thursday. A Human Rights Watch (HRW) report documented alleged human rights abuses, looting and confiscation of property, particularly against Kurdish residents.
