Despite the slowdown in the global logistics market, more than 20 buyers have shown interest in acquiring German state-owned railway operator Deutsche Bahn’s logistics subsidiary DB Schenker, sources said on Wednesday. The company expects to receive the first concrete offers at the end of March and will enter due diligence talks with a smaller number of bidders. Deutsche Bahn will only proceed with the sale if it is economically advantageous for the group, it said.
