The Sittingbourne High Street building, which was home to the supermarket chain until July last year, is being sold by Clive Emson. Being advertised as a substantial freehold commercial property the lot is up for grabs for £325,000 and is described as being close to both local and nationwide retailers and the mainline railway station.
