A man is to appear in court next week having been charged in connection with an indecent exposure in Thorley Park. Robert Bates, 45, of Stockmen Field in St Michael’s Mead, is charged with exposure and voyeurism, a public order offence and breaching a criminal behaviour order. He has been bailed with conditions to appear at Stevenage Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday March 20.
