A former Atlantic City councilman has admitted in court that he falsified a voter registration application and a mail-in ballot ahead of the 2019 primary election. MD Hossain Morshed, 50, pleaded guilty in Camden federal court on Wednesday to fraudulent procurement and submission of voter registration applications, the U.S. Attorney’s Office District of New Jersey said.
