A member of ground staff was killed after an F-5 military training jet crashed in the central Turkish province of Konya on Thursday, Turkish Defence Ministry said. The pilot survived, having managed to eject and is hospitalized, the ministry announced on X, the social media platform formerly known as Twitter.
