New York County District Attorney Alvin Bragg said Thursday that he did not oppose a 30-day delay in Donald Trump’s trial over hush money payments to cover-up of his sex scandal. In a three-page filing before the New York Supreme Court, Bragg responded to a motion to dismiss made by Trump’s lawyers after they received thousands of pages of information from the U.S. Attorney’s Office. Bragg said he would explain in a Friday filing why the case should not be dismissed.
