A tiny car park featuring just five spaces is due to go under the hammer at an auction. The facility in Queen Street, Ashford has been listed with Clive Emson at a freehold guide price of £25,000-£30,000, and is considered “suitable for redevelopment.” Bosses at NCP, who previously ran the town’s Park Mall car park, currently closed, opened the site in Queen Street in October 2022.
