The number of casualties has risen again in Odesa over a Russian terrorist attack. Currently, 73 wounded are reported, according to Ukraine’s Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko. As of now, there are 16 confirmed deaths, including a State Emergency Service employee. He reminded that the enemy struck again at the city when rescuers arrived to assist the victims.
