An application has resurfaced to turn a derelict pub into a pizza takeaway four years after it was first refused. Proposals to transform The George and Dragon Pub on London Road, Swanscombe, into a pizza delivery restaurant were first put forward in 2020. Now, the same applicant has submitted a new request which would see the takeaway open between 10.30am and midnight and include limited seating at the front of the store and eight parking spaces at the back of the premises.
