Shimla (Himachal Pradesh) [India], March 23 (ANI): Nigam Bhandari, State President of Himachal Youth Congress on Friday said that he is ready to contest from the Mandi Lok Sabha seat if his party provides him with an opportunity. “Whatever decision the party will take, we shall follow it. I would like to thank Thakur Kaul Singh ji for advocating a youth’s candidature for Parliament elections from the Mandi seat. I have also applied. I am ready to contest if party leadership directs for the same. We shall also advocate for youth representation in the by-elections also,” Nigam Bhandari told ANI….
