Cycling star Wout van Aert was involved in a mass crash in Wednesday’s semi classic Across Flanders race in his native Belgium and could be a doubt for upcoming events. Nine-time Tour de France stage winner van Aert crashed along with other riders some 68 kilometres from the finish in Waregem and was unable to continue.
