A man was attacked outside a seafront bar with a knife believed to be a machete. Footage of the incident seen by KentOnline shows a group of people wearing balaclavas getting out of a car in Herne Bay. The incident, outside the Captain’s Jack bar in Central Parade, took place at about midnight and three people have been arrested. Police confirmed a car had been seized as part of an investigation with detectives appealing to the public to help their inquiries and search for witnesses.
