Jalpaiguri (West Bengal) [India], April 1 (ANI): As the cyclone wreaked havoc in West Bengal’s Jalpaiguri, Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee met the victims of the cyclone at the Jalpaiguri Super Specialty Hospital.
