The annual crackdown on New Jersey motorists who text while driving began this week with 182 law enforcement agencies receiving grants to pay police officers for increased patrols. “U Drive. U Text. U Pay.” kicked off Monday and runs until April 30, the state Division of Highway Traffic Safety said.
