Tokyo [Japan], April 6 (ANI): Red Bull’s Max Verstappen edged out teammate Sergio Perez to claim the pole position at the Japanese Grand Prix Qualifying. After recording the quickest time during the opening laps of Q3 with a lap of 1m 28.240s, the world champion improved his last effort to 1m 28.197s. Perez gave it his all, but his timing was 0.066s slower than Verstappen’s, putting him in second place.
