Belarusian regime leader Alexander Lukashenko has signed a law that requires Draft notices to be delivered via SMS messages, according to the National Legal Internet Portal of Belarus. “Regarding the necessity to appear at the military commissariat (separate unit) at the place of residence, citizens may be informed via SMS messages,” the document states.
