Washington has released a statement after Tybo Rogers’ arrest on rape charges. He is facing second-degree rape and third-degree rape charges for two separate instances. Rogers was arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting two different females — one in October and one in November. The first alleged sexual assault was reported to police in late October.
