Tottenham Hotspur are in danger of losing out on the fourth spot to Aston Villa after the defeat to Newcastle United at St. James’ Park. Spurs suffered a 4-0 hammering at the hands of Newcastle United away from home at St. James’ Park in the Premier League on Saturday. Newcastle were the better side and deservedly picked up all three points from the encounter. Tottenham Hotspur were defensively poor against the Magpies.
