Emergency services were called to a road traffic collision in Woodland View, Dilton Marsh, Wilts., at 4.30pm on Saturday (April 13). The incident involved a vehicle and a pedestrian – a boy aged 8. Wiltshire Air Ambulance was scrambled alongside other 999 responders, but despite their best efforts, he was pronounced dead.
