Geneva [Switzerland], April 17 (ANI): A delegation from the Indian Meteorological Department participated at an event organised by the World Meteorological Organisation (WMO) Commission for Observation, Infrastructure, and Information Systems (INFCOM-3) in Geneva, Switzerland, on Tuesday.
