Frustrated passengers commuting from work are facing long delays after a power failure brought railway services to a halt. Southeastern services are unable to run between Sittingbourne and Faversham due to a fault with the barriers at the level crossing at Teynham. The line is blocked in both directions and as a result, trains may be cancelled, delayed or revised.
