Sea Isle City is one of the lucky ones. Crews are currently hard at work refilling the beaches of the Jersey Shore town. “The beach replenishment project has started, and to date, the dredge ‘Liberty Island’ has placed over 100,000 cubic yards of sand on the south end beaches,” Sea Isle City Mayor Leonard Desiderio said in the latest project update.
