The performance-level of his university declined in the latter part of the 2023 season. Yet Weaver stood out consistently, grabbing enough of a spotlight to possibly go in the back-end of the 2024 NFL Draft thanks to his unexpectedly splendid sprint sessions at a Pro Day attended by no fewer than 12 teams.
