TAMPA, Fla. – TheTampa Police Department has arrested the suspect accused of a fatal hit-and-run of a 27-year-old man on a moped. On April 19, 2024, less than 24 hours after the incident occurred, Tampa Police arrested 38-year-old Nicholas Harrison Jr., in connection with the death of the 27-year-old victim. At approximately 3:57 a.m. on April 19, 2024, Tampa Police began investigating a fatal vehicle vs. moped crash.
