Several thousand people gathered on Saturday at the historic Brandenburg Gate in Berlin to celebrate the first day of action for Germany’s new legal cannabis law. Around 4,000 participants gathered to smoke the formerly illegal substance for a “Smoke-In,” according to the Berlin police.
