Accreditation and voting have commenced in some polling units in Ibadan in the local government election in Oyo State. The election is being conducted in the 33 local government areas by the Oyo State Independent Electoral Commission, OYSIEC. DAILY POST however learnt that there are reports of late arrival of materials in some polling units.
