A house located on Kent’s ‘desert’ beachfront has gone on the market. The three-bedroom house, which neighbours Derek Jarman’s renowned Prospect Cottage in Dungeness, is up for sale for £875k. The property is just a stone’s throw from the cottage, which belonged to the artist, filmmaker, gay rights activist and gardener from 1986 until his death in 1994.
