Shamar Porter has officially committed to UConn out of the transfer portal. Porter made the announcement that he’d be joining the Huskies on social media on Sunday. Porter redshirted in his lone season at Kentucky after not appearing for the Wildcats last fall. Porter entered the portal twice this offseason. He originally entered after the season on December 4th but withdrew four days later on December 8th.
