Shipping traffic has resumed in the Bosporus Strait following a nearly 10-hour pause caused by a stranded freighter from Ukraine, state media and coastal safety authorities said. The waterway in Turkey’s Istanbul, connecting the Black Sea to the Mediterranean, was closed early Tuesday after the vessel suffered an engine failure and ran aground.
