Estonia’s second largest city, Tartu, is to be internationally accessible by plane again from June after GPS signal disruptions in the Baltic Sea region led to flight suspensions. Tartu Mayor Urmas Klaas said flight connections with the Finnish capital Helsinki could resume by the beginning of next month at the latest, in Facebook post on Friday evening.
