Expansion of Tesla’s large electric car plant to the south-east of Berlin is to come up for decision by the relevant local authority on Thursday. “There will be a final discussion and a resolution,” Pamela Eichmann, the head of the Grünheide municipality in the state of Brandenburg, told dpa on Monday.
