A Pennsylvania man who managed a scheme that moved cocaine from Puerto Rico into New Jersey and Philadelphia must spend a decade in prison and surrender a gun and pickup truck, a federal judge ruled Tuesday. U.S. District Court Judge O’Hearn sentenced 51-year-old Jose Gonzalez to 10 years in prison during a hearing in Camden federal court. He is the second in case to be sentenced in the past two months.
