Ukraine has started negotiations on a security cooperation agreement with Sweden, according to the Office of the President of Ukraine. It is noted that the talks began on the instructions of President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and in continuation of his recent telephone conversation with Swedish Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson.
