Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State has advised newly elected local government chairmen in the state to prioritise the needs of the people of their respective areas. Makinde made this declaration while inaugurating the newly elected local government chairmen from the 32 local government areas. The event took place on Friday in Ibadan, the state capital.
