Plans have been submitted for an “inflatable aqua park” and an observation deck for cold water swimming at Kent’s largest shopping centre. Hangloose Adventure, which already runs various adrenaline-fuelled attractions at Bluewater in Greenhithe, is behind the latest proposals.
