A Cambridge drink driver has lost his licence for a second time after he was caught by police on patrol. Police were on patrol just after midnight on 22 April when they spotted Luis Massot driving at speed along Queen’s Road. The 25-year-old, of Homerton Street, was signalled to pull over and blew 80 at the roadside, more than twice the legal limit of 35 microgrammes per 100 millilitres of breath.
