A woman had to be resuscitated at the roadside and spent four months in intensive care after she was hit by a van driven by a Newbury man. And following an investigation by Thames Valley Police, the man has now been jailed for causing serious injury by dangerous driving and drug driving in Oxford. Leigh Kuehnel, aged 47, of Elizabeth Avenue, was jailed for two years and two months following a hearing at Oxford Crown Court on Friday (May 24). He was also banned from driving for three years and four months and was ordered to take an extended driving test before he can apply for his licence back….
