Work is ongoing to transform a historic venue into a “foodie’s paradise” with street vendors, entertainment and games to boot. The new operator of Gravesend Borough Market, Beer and Feast, has slowly been revealing the details of new businesses coming to the space as it sets its sights on a summer opening.
