Acer has announced three new gaming monitors of the Predator series – Predator X27U F3, Predator X32 X3 and Predator X34 X5. All three models are equipped with OLED displays and are compatible with Nvidia’s G-SYNC and AMD’s FreeSync Premium Pro technologies. The monitors also come with stands that can be tilted and swiveled.

All models support 10-bit color depth and have 99% DCI-P3 color gamut. As OLED panels, they also offer a contrasty image with deep blacks, which enhances the viewing experience under certain conditions, both in gaming and content consumption. But let’s discuss all three models one by one.

Predator X32 X3

Equipped with a 31.5-inch OLED panel with 4K UHD resolution. The Predator X32 X3 comes with a 240Hz refresh rate. However, the refresh rate increases to 480 Hz when you lower the resolution to Full HD.

A Type-C port and 2 HDMI 2.1 ports are provided for connection.

It will reportedly become available in Q4 (last three months) of 2024. The expected price is about $1200 (~8680 yuan).

Predator X34 X5

It is the largest of the three, with a 34-inch curved OLED panel with UWQHD (3440 x 1440) resolution and 1800R curvature. It also has a 240Hz refresh rate and 0.03ms latency.

In terms of connectivity, you get more options with this curved screen – 2 x HDMI 2.1, Type-C and an optional DisplayPort. Like the 31.5-inch, it will be available in Q4 of this year for around $1100 (~7960 yuan).

Predator X27U F3

As the name suggests, this is a 27-inch monitor with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 (16:9). It supports a refresh rate of 480 Hz.

For connectivity, it offers a Type-C port in addition to 2 HDMI 2.1 ports, just like the 31.5-inch Predator X32 X3.

It will be available in Q3 2024 at a price of USD 1200 (~RMB 8680), just like the previous one.
