Ukraine and Poland may sign a bilateral agreement on security guarantees before the NATO summit that will take place on July 9-11 in Washington, according to Polish Minister of Foreign Affairs Radoslaw Sikorski after an informal meeting of NATO foreign ministers in Prague.
