A former national chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, Chief Chekwas Okorie, has demanded that Prof Mahmood Yakubu should resign his position as Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, without further delay. Okorie alleged that the INEC boss had already been found guilty of contempt of court for refusing to obey a court order to recognise the current National Chairman of the APGA, Chief Edozie Njoku.
