Belgian bank Degroof Petercam is formally being taken over by a unit of French banking company Credit Agricole. Credit Agricole said on Tuesday that its unit Indosuez Wealth Management had finalized the acquisition. The financial terms of the deal were not released. With the deal, Indosuez becomes majority shareholder of Degroof alongside its historical shareholder CLdN Cobelfret.
