A rider died Tuesday evening after his motorcycle and a Honda Fit collided at a Newark intersection, officials said. The crash happened around 5 p.m. at the intersection of Broadway and Oriental Street, according to a joint statement from the Newark Police Department and the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office.
