A Paterson man has been charged in the fatal shooting of one man and the wounding of two others on a city street in October, authorities said Thursday. Brayan Caraballo, 19, was arrested in Pennsylvania and charged with first-degree murder and related offenses in the death of Jerrell Wright, 23, of Riverdale. Carabello is awaiting extradition to New Jersey, according to Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes.
