By Farzan Sabet The Islamic Republic of Iran is set to hold a snap presidential election following the death of President Ebrahim Raisi in a helicopter crash on May 19. A total of 81 individuals successfully registered by the deadline of 03 June to be considered as potential candidates in the upcoming vote.
