West Ham United’s London Stadium has just undergone a quite remarkable transformation. Back in the summer of 2016, West Ham moved from Upton Park into our new home at the London Stadium. The Hammers rent the Stratford arena, and back in 2021 agreed to pay £250,000 annually to take the football capacity to 60,000 and a further £83,000 to take the capacity to 62,500. West Ham then hope to increase the capacity again to 68,000 in time for the start of the 2026/27 season.
